I just wanted to say thanks to your and your team of expert shippers!
You helped make the delivery of my daughter's truck
smooth, and problem free. I sent the truck from
Michigan to Hawaii, and it arrived just like it was
sent. No it wasn't an expensive sports car, but to
her, it being her first new vehicle, it means just as
much. All the details were handled over the phone and
email, so all I had to do was drop it off at the
terminal, pay.
Even Hazen Transport had wonderful staff (Donna and
David), and helped me recover my lost phone, that I
had dropped when dropping off the truck.
You helped me be a hero to my daughter!

Carol,
I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate all the work and help from you
and the rest of the staff at shipmyvehicle.com. I don't remember the names of the
people who helped me, but the lady at the Long Beach Horizon Lines terminal
(as well as her coworker) was so helpful and nice. The people at this end in Honolulu
were also very helpful. The car got here in less than 2 weeks and the condition of the
car was in was amazing. I never imagined the car would arrive without so much as a scratch.
Your company really made my move to Hawaii much easier. I have honestly never had such a
good experience with a company and would recommend your service to anyone who asked.
If you happen to be able to find out the name of the woman at Long Beach who helped me,
please give her a big thank you!
